Overview

Onboarding to Fincelo takes four steps. Most subscribers are fully operational within one business day.

Connect your workspace

Your Fincelo workspace is provisioned by the team after your demo call. You’ll receive an email at your company address with login credentials.What gets set up automatically:
  • Your Supabase database schema (all tables, RLS policies, functions)
  • Default agent configurations (all start inactive — you activate them)
  • CFO morning brief schedule (6:30 AM IST daily)
  • Default customer scoring weights

Upload your contracts

Go to Contracts → Upload and upload your customer contracts as PDFs.Fincelo’s AI will extract:
  • Contract value, billing frequency, payment terms
  • Start date, end date, auto-renewal clause
  • Notice period, termination clause
  • Usage limits, price per seat, discount %
  • SLA terms, ratchet clauses
Each field gets a confidence score. Your team reviews and confirms — corrections teach the AI for next time.
Start with your top 10 customers by ARR. The AI learns fastest when you correct its mistakes on real contracts.

Connect your CRM

Go to Settings → CRM Integration and connect Salesforce or HubSpot.Fincelo syncs Closed Won deals only — creating a contract record automatically when a deal closes. The stage name is configurable (default: “Closed Won”).If you don’t use a CRM, skip this step — you can manually create customers and contracts directly in Fincelo.

Activate your agents

Go to Settings → Agents and review the 7 agents. Each one is inactive by default.Recommended activation order:
  1. Smart Billing — starts generating invoices from your contracts
  2. Collections — begins dunning on overdue invoices
  3. Renewal — sends 90/60/30/7 day renewal alerts
  4. Compliance — handles GST e-invoicing and TDS matching
  5. Revenue Anomaly — detects ARR deviations and expansion signals
  6. Period Close — assists with month-end close
  7. CFO Copilot — conversational interface, activates last
Never activate Autopilot rules without reviewing them first. All autopilot rules require explicit CFO approval before going live.
