CFO CO-PILOT — Q&A

Q: What is the CFO Co-pilot? A natural language interface to everything Fincelo knows. Finance teams type or speak a question. The Co-pilot:
  1. Parses the intent
  2. Queries the relevant Fincelo tables
  3. Synthesises a response with supporting data
  4. Suggests a next action or decision
Example questions:
  • “What is our NRR for the last 3 months?”
  • “Which contracts are expiring in the next 60 days with health score below 50?”
  • “Show me all TDS deductions under 194J(b) for FY 2024-25 with a vFincelonce”
  • “What is the revenue impact if TechFlow churns?”
  • “Summarise this morning’s collections activity”

Q: What is the daily CFO briefing? Generated every morning by the CFO Co-pilot. Sections:
  1. Revenue snapshot: MRR, ARR, deferred revenue vs yesterday
  2. Cash position: collections received, outstanding, overdue total
  3. Critical actions: approvals pending, overdue tasks, escalations
  4. Renewals at risk: contracts expiring < 30 days with health < 50
  5. Agent activity overnight: what each agent did and any anomalies found
  6. India compliance: upcoming filing deadlines in next 7 days
Briefing is interactive — each item links directly to the relevant Fincelo module.
Q: What is the Revenue Quality Score? Level 1 enhancement. CFO Co-pilot calculates a single score (0–100) measuring the quality of the revenue base: Factors:
  • NRR (Net Revenue Retention): higher = better quality
  • Collection efficiency (% collected on time): higher = better
  • Customer concentration (top customer % of ARR): lower = better
  • Renewal rate: higher = better
  • Average payment score across all customers: higher = better
Output: Revenue Quality Score + trend vs last quarter + top 3 improvement levers. Shown on the CFO Dashboard as a headline KPI.
