Q: What CRM systems does Fincelo connect to? Salesforce and HubSpot via webhook. Configurable stage name for Closed Won (default: “Closed Won” in Salesforce, “Won” in HubSpot). Fincelo only fetches deals that match the configured stage — no noise from pipeline deals.
Q: What happens if a CRM deal is rolled back (Closed Won → back to negotiation)? Fincelo detects the stage change via webhook. The crm_deals record is archived. If a contract was already being reconciled, the reconciliation is paused and finance is notified. No data is deleted — full audit trail preserved.
