**Q: What CRM systems does Fincelo connect to?**

Salesforce and HubSpot via webhook. Configurable stage name for Closed Won
(default: "Closed Won" in Salesforce, "Won" in HubSpot). Fincelo only fetches
deals that match the configured stage — no noise from pipeline deals.

**Q: What happens if a CRM deal is rolled back (Closed Won → back to negotiation)?**

Fincelo detects the stage change via webhook. The `crm_deals` record is archived.
If a contract was already being reconciled, the reconciliation is paused and
finance is notified. No data is deleted — full audit trail preserved.

**Q: What is the SLA breach escalation ladder?**

T+0h: deal enters Closed Won in CRM → Fincelo creates contract upload task
T+42h: no contract uploaded → escalation to AM's manager
T+66h: still no upload → escalation to Senior Manager
T+90h: still no upload → escalation to CFO with revenue-at-risk amount shown

Each escalation email has a one-click upload link. Snooze available
(requires reason — logged for audit).
